Zazzle

Zazzle is an American based POD store. It has an open policy to allow anyone to upload any thing and place them on a variety of products, that is like a low-budget department store. They do have a strong infringement policy, but have no active roles in curating work or online reporting system. Instead they ask for an email to report, which can be found here. The big issue is that users are not aware to well of what UGC violates copyright laws.
